8) Washington and Colorado have legalized Marijuana.

9) 750,000 marijuana users are arrested each year. (over populating jails and prisons)

10) Unlike other drugs marijuana is grown, dried, and used. (other drugs are made from chemicals)

Who Doesn't Want Marijuana to be Legal?

The pharmaceutical companies do not want to see marijuana legalized. They don't want the public to know that it's more effective against depression than Zoloft, Prozac, Paxil, Seroquil, etc. The money that could be made from marijuana would be in the billions. It would take money away from the pharmaceutical companies and marijuana could be cheaper and more effective. These companies wish that everyone suffered from depression and anxiety. They don't want these medical problems medicated by marijuana.
